Install the app:

• Click the Install Button above to start the install in a new window.

• Click Install.

• Select your HubSpot account.

• Click Choose Account.

• Review the requested scopes on this screen. EnrichIT! requests access to read and write to all major CRM records including: Companies, Contacts, Leads, Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects and Lists.

• Click Connect app.

• You will be redirected to the EnrichIT! installation Confirmation Page where you can contact us to start designing your perfect custom enrichment!

HubSpot Setup guide for EnrichIT!

The EnrichIT! App integrates your EnrichIT! custom enrichments with HubSpot. The app will add a Custom Workflow Action and a CRM Record Card to your HubSpot portal allowing records to be sent to EnrichIT! for custom enrichment. The app also grants EnrichIT! the permissions to read and write to your CRM to perform your enrichments once you send those records to us. This will let you:

• Leverage your HubSpot CRM data within custom enrichments.

• Update your HubSpot CRM data with custom enrichments.

• Create new HubSpot CRM records based on custom enrichments.

Configure the EnrichIT! Record Card:

• The new EnrichIT! Record Card can be added to the Contact, Company, Deal and Custom CRM Record Pages.

• The card can be found in the Card Library of the Right Side Bar as you can see in the screenshots below.

Using the EnrichIT! Record Card:

• The card does nothing more than allow you to submit a record to EnrichIT!

• Simply navigate to a record to send, and click EnrichIT! on the EnrichIT! card.

• You will be prompted to select which custom enrichment to use, select one, and then click Submit.

• If you have not yet contacted us to configure a custom enrichment for you, you will only see a single option available which is a Connectivity Test option. This is helpful to run an end-to-end "mock" enrichment to ensure that all permissions and processes are working properly.

• You will receive a confirmation and after a couple moments your custom enrichment will take place.

Configure the EnrichIT! Custom Workflow Action:

• The new EnrichIT! Custom Workflow Action can be added to any HubSpot workflow allowing for the automated submission of records to EnrichIT!.

• To add the EnrichIT! Custom Workflow Action, select it from the Integrated Apps section of your action chooser when you are adding an action to a workflow.

• To configure the action, select the custom Enrichment you would like to apply to the enrolled records.

• If you have not yet contacted us to configure a custom enrichment for you, you will only see a single option available which is a Connectivity Test option. This is helpful to run an end-to-end "mock" enrichment to ensure that all permissions and processes are working properly.

• There is also an optional Data field that can be configured to pass additional information to EnrichIT! along with the enrolled record. This is typically not needed and can be ignored; if necessary for your particular custom enrichment we will provide the necessary instructions you will need.

• Now any record enrolled in this workflow will be submitted to EnrichIT! for processing automatically!

Using the App:

• Now that the app is installed and configured, usage is as simple as selecting the custom enrichment we have configured for your unique needs and either submitting records to it from the CRM Card or from a Workflow.

Disconnecting / Uninstalling the App:

• To disconnect your HubSpot CRM from EnrichIT! simply uninstall the app. All access to HubSpot by EnrichIT! will be immediately revoked and all existing enrichments in HubSpot will remain.

• Your service with EnrichIT! will stay active and your custom enrichments will continue to function for any non-HubSpot manual batch jobs submitted to us or other systems you have integrated with EnrichIT!. If you would like to completely cancel your service simply contact us.

• Uninstalling the app is no different than any other HubSpot app, locate the EnrichIT! app in your Connected Apps, and select Action and then Uninstall. For more information follow the instructions in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article.​
