B. From Customers

3. How We Use the Information

• Deliver and improve the enrichment Service.

• Manage accounts, billing, and customer support.

4. Sharing and Subprocessors We only share data with:

• Subprocessors required for the Service (HubSpot, Salesforce, LLM providers, cloud hosting) under data processing agreements.

• Customer records and enriched outputs are automatically deleted 90 days after processing.

• Metadata and security logs may be kept longer as needed for compliance and protection.

7. International Data Transfers Your data may be processed in the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards for transfers from the EEA, UK, or other regions.

8. Security We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards. No method is completely secure.

9. Prohibited Data Do not send us sensitive personal data (HIPAA, payment card data beyond billing, biometric, or other special category data). We disclaim all liability if you do.
